Our objective is to recommend and/or design a system that will maximize the value of every piece involved regardless of whether we are building an entry level system or an exclusive, top of the line luxury system. Home Demonstration & Trial

How often have you thought to yourself, “It would be nice to know what a particular product would sound like in my own system”. We understand the value of being able to experience the capabilities of fine products in one’s own home before committing a considerable amount of one’s hard earned money. Auravis Systems’ home demonstration and trial program is designed to provide yet another unique service designed to assist our clients in making the best purchases choices possible.

Many of our fine audio products and accessories are available upon request for home demonstration or trial and can be delivered or shipped to your home for evaluation. Specific circumstances may vary, however an evaluation period is typically between seven and ten days with no obligation to purchase the product. In fact, we encourage the evaluation of multiple products in the case of components such as cables, power conditioners, or accessory “tweaks”. Quite simply, if the product or equivalent is purchased, there is no cost for our service.

We offer this program based upon our successful track record with, and trust in, our clients. We do encounter the occasional challenge, however, and are realistic in knowing that sometimes a demo fails to yield the perfect solution. In these rare cases, we do require a minimal service fee to include the cost of restocking and shipping but this fee can also be applied as a credit toward any Auravis Systems purchase or service.

Ultimately, our comprehensive design, consulting, and demonstration services are intended to eliminate traditional risks associated with making expensive purchase decisions.

System Delivery

At Auravis Systems, we do not believe that audio retail sales service should end at the cash register. Many systems, including stand alone, audio components or systems, require an experienced professional to properly setup the equipment for optimal performance. We’ll deliver your system, as well as set it up, test it, and calibrate the system to ensure perfect performance. Further, we are committed to taking the time to help our clients understand, operate, and maintain their systems.

Consider the following. A speaker’s performance can vary dramatically simply by moving it as little as an inch. A ten to fifteen thousand dollar projector will appear no better than an entry level projector if not properly installed and calibrated in the correct environment. Electronics’ performance can be affected by how it’s used, setup, or powered. Ideal turntable, tonearm, and associated cartridge setup requires precise attention to detail by an expert with years of setup and calibration experience. An improperly setup turntable will sound ordinary at best and at worst can be extremely unpleasant.

It will come as no surprise to most audio aficionados and music lovers that the acoustic characteristics of a room can have a dramatic effect on the quality of the sound created by an audio system in that room. Most of us have to contend with the multi-purpose, pre-existing rooms where we want to install a stereo system or home theater. This doesn’t mean we can’t optimize these environments.

Vacuum Tube Testing & Sales

Some may actually remember tagging along with their father down to the nearest variety store after watching him pull strange glass “tubes” out of the back of a medieval looking radio or television. The appliance was on the “fritz” and one of the things to troubleshoot was the “health” of this strange tube, using the neighborhood’s nearest tube testing machine.

To others, the idea of what a vacuum tube may be completely “foreign”. Still others with varying experience do know what vacuum tubes are and have had the opportunity to hear just how remarkable audio equipment can sound using this tried and true technology.
